We offer classes across two boroughs Barking & Dagenham and Newham our classes are Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays.

SATURDAY 22 AUGUST 2015

A special 2 hour training course (exclusively for 1st Kyu’s) – we will cover in detail all of the basic techniques, Kata and Kumite required for the Black Belt grading!

The training course will cost £10 and a free pre-grading assessment will take place from 1:00pm.

If you are hoping to take your Black Belt grading later this year or early next year… DO NOT MISS THIS EVENT!!!
