Well done to everyone at the Club, we had an excellent attendance from students for the first JKA England Karate  course of 2015 , held at the Copper Box, Olympic Park in Stratford…

This was by far the most successful course in a long time with more than 350 students in attendance..there were in excess of 70 kyu grades on the day, which made the training for them excellent..

Well done everyone…

We have had an invitation from our friends in Spain for a course with Naka Sensei in Cadiz Andalucia Southern Spain.
Flights are from London Stanstead to Xerez or Jerez with Ryanair..
